Compressed Air Challenge Training Returns to Best Practices 2026 EXPO
The Compressed Air Challenge – Level 1: Fundamentals of Compressed Air Systems course will be offered at the Best Practices EXPO & Conference in Indianapolis on Oct. 13 and 14. The training is designed to help facility engineers, operators and maintenance staff achieve 10-30% cost savings through more effective production and use of compressed air.
Participants will learn how to:
Calculate the energy cost of compressed air
Improve system efficiency and reliability
Identify inappropriate uses of compressed air
Establish a baseline to measure performance
Match supply to actual production requirements
Find and fix leaks
Establish a leak prevention program
Improve productivity and profitability through better control strategies
The Compressed Air Challenge training sessions are Oct. 13, 1 to 4 p.m., and Oct. 14, 8 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. All sessions must be attended to complete the course. Upon completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
